What happens if my event goes over the player cap?
New joins are declined once a room hits its tier's player cap. Pick the tier that matches your expected headcount, or upgrade before the event starts.
What is Pro for?
Pro suits hosts running events regularly. It bundles a monthly player cap and AI credit allowance for a flat monthly or yearly price instead of buying a credit each time.
Is CSV export included on every tier?
CSV analytics export is available on the Medium and Large event tiers, and on Pro.
